Default Any Chevy or Gm fans on here?

Im a huge Firebird and Trans Am fan, especially of third gens particularly the GTA's and anything from 86-91 but I also love the 77 and 78 birds with t-tops, 1st gen camaros and birds as well as some fourth gens and now the new camaros. I get my first Trans Am (and car) in just under a month and I am stoked would love to talk chev or firebird or gm with anyone!

My first car was a 74 Firebird not Trans but it had the factory mag wheels, awesome ride except on water or snow. Many fond memories.

I had a 86' dark blue TA that was killer. Even had the notched rear window instead of the dome rear hatch. I see if I can find a pic.

BTW... I had an 87 Firebird (POS w/ 305) that I loved anyway.

I also have 1/2 interest in an original '69 SS 350 4 spd Camaro. Me and my partner are debating on restoring it or sending it to auction as a barn find.

My Holy Grail of F bodies is a '73 SD 455. I am always looking...but never finding.

Van Halen and Trans Am's or Birds go well together! My buddy had an 87 G.T.A with a 305, digital dash and a big sound system and seats and lowered, he had an 85 firebird, and he now owns a 1988 Formula, with gfx on it, 18" chromes, 2 alpine 12 type r's and a 305 5 speed, his gta got written off by a drunk driver as well as his 41 international panel with a 350 in it. He also owns another 41 international panel, a 96 chevy extended cab c/k 1500, with 37" mudders, an 11" body lift, 4 10" alpine subs, 3 alpine 1200 v10 amps, and 2 screens. as well as like 9 other gm products hahahaha great times allyear around!

Call me an old fart, but I love my 4 door GM boats.

My first car was a 1989 Buick Century, and if I didn't total it like a fucking idiot, I'd probably still be driving it. Ended up going to its grave with 267,000 on the odometer.

My first non-beater was a 1997 Buick LeSabre. I could take that thing anywhere and not worry about a thing. The only bad part about that car was a wacky tachometer (wouldn't stop shaking) problem that I never figured out. Had to sell it last year when finances got tight. I cried letting it go.

Currently, I drive a 2006 Mercury Montego. I like it, but I miss my GM products. I finish paying this thing off early next year. I really want a Buick Lucerne.

If you want reliability you buy a Honda. Those are cars you can drive into the ground.

I got 300,000 miles out of my 95 neon, before the body was too rotten to drive.

I love my dodges, not a gm fan at all, but the Honda Civics do typically go for a long while, the engines anyway
