Default Live Nation Tour Package Seating

    Hey everyone!
I purchased the 495.00 Tour Package through Live Nation for Las Vegas. To all the folks who have bought this lowes level package for this tour, how have you found the experience and seats to be at your particular show?Of course it advertises "seat in first 20 rows",free gift, onsite host, etc.but how has it been, any extra perks, like backstage party, anything beyond what was advertised? When did you get contacted, receive tix, etc?Let me know, noone has really said much from "tour package" selection.

I am pretty sure that there is no party, soundcheck, backstage tour, etc. with the tour package.

    Youll get a decent seat.

I predict 9th row center. Please let us know what happens.

I paid $300 and got 2 ( 7th row ) tickets on Ed's side of stage. Non VIP Pack in Manchester NH
No vip action, but it seems like this vip pack is a bit of a rip-off
For that kind of money, I would expect you to get a meet n greet with the band
What am I missing here? For $695, you deserve a whole lot more for your $$

Agreed. I got 2nd row Toronto for 1/2 the price of 8th row Louisville. I will say that the Ultimate VIP was worth it because we were front row center and got a soundcheck.

i ordered mine on Jan.28 as soon as i was able to without a AMEX card.In retrospect, yes i should have waited and i probably would have came out ok.But in my excitement at that time,(new album and tour finally)i didnt want to chance it.I chose the smaller package due to the money i will have to put up for flights, hotel, etc. just to get to Vegas in May. Oh well, its just money. But back to my topic,i want to hear from the people who actually bought said "Tour Package" from VIPNation and that experience.I am sure my grandkids(and his) will get years and years of enjoyment how some guy in New Hampshire didnt buy VIP but got 7th row seats to see Van Halen. So am i the only guy who overspent and bought the"tour package"?

I just got two 3rd row center on Eddie's side for less than $500. I did the VIP thing in 2008 and got first row for $595 per ticket.

Well we did the $595 package for the Toronto show.(2-13 row floors).they will contact you around 5 days prior to show date, whatever shirt they give you get at least one size up, they fit really small....
I ordered on the Amex pre sale and had 2nd row below Wolfie
Backstage tour was a joke done in 10min
Party in room had some food and only two drink tickets, my buddy in Buff/NY had free beer and good food......you are paying for the seat,if you keep that in mind you will be happy......the rest was filler if you ask me.....Enjoy

For the Detroit show I got Ultimate VIP. Front row, just left of center. In Toronto, my son and I got VIP. 5th row, dead center. I actually enjoyed being a few rows back a bit more. The sound was better, and the view of the stage was perfect. When I've purchased VIP packages in the past, Ive always ended up in the first 6 rows , when row 2 through 10 is offered/advertised/guaranteed. VIP nation is the way to go. They always deliver a great experience.

I did the $495 Tour package @ Madison Square Garden and got exactly what was promised -- and 17th row center aisle.
