    Really poor CBS article

This article is the actual rip-off, not the single "Tattoo". What a poorly written piece of garbage... How the hell is it a rip-off when it's your own unreleased material? Super job of fact checking as well. I guess as they say, any publicity is good publicity.

he's the woman? That "journalist" lost all credibility right there.

CBS is a crock. They will be hiding their heads when this album tops the charts. Mark my words.

LMAO, I wanted to see how long it would take for someone to catch that one. When VH wrote "He's The Woman" in the 70's they were really ahead of their time. I guess it was a commentary about a woman being trapped inside a man's body. Someone can turn this revised song title into a Dave joke (we love ya Dave!).

Some fact-checker at CBS needs to be fired...oh wait, that would imply that they actually have fact-checkers...

    "He's the Woman"...gotta admit though, that's pretty snort-worthy!

    Whatever.

Only a die-hard fan would even know about Down in Flames and most die hards probably knew about it before even buying it.

I don't understand the fake outrage this writer is implying. Anything to get a click and a page view I guess. Yahoo does the same shit all the time with their headlines; Everything is "outrageous," or "unbeleivable," or "stunning," or some other "must see" synonym. Then you click on it and it's as pedestrian as it gets. Like this article.
CNN may think my opinion matters, but you shouldn't.

Haha! He must be an old Scorpions fan.

Great song by the way for the few of you who have never heard it:

    He's a Woman, She's a Man

To be fair, in the article it says, "he's the Woman," not "He's the Woman," so it's probably a typo.

However, unless someone paid to hear "Down in Flames," I don't see how "Tattoo" can be a rip off, especially at $1.29.

Love the Scorpions, check out John Corabi and George Lynch doing that song, fantastic cover.

I think this writer is way off base (even if one ignores "he's the woman"). I do think it's a bit unfortunate that they took so many demos or club songs from 35 years ago, reminds me of Sam saying how the 2004 songs were just workable pieces of music from years past. I find it unfortunate because Eddie's creativity seems to have left him.

It's obviously a typo, since the capital S is missing, but yeah, whether it's the fact checker or proof reader, some one was asleep at the wheel. Besides, they have to find SOME WAY to make it "controversial".

I’m sick of this crap about complainers who think VH shouldn’t go back into their archives to get good music. If Dave stayed in VH, they probably would have used these songs back in 86,88, etc…As everybody knows, he didn’t.
    Right here I say....

I like the single and if the album is like this also, that's ok. But, if they were doing it RIGHT, these retreads would have made up a bonus disc and they would have picked up with the 'Me Wise Magic", "Cathrine", "up For breakfast", sound on a totally new album of songs.

One thing about digital news is that I don't think a lot of these things are proofread by anybody else before they go live.
