Excuse me if this has already been discussed.
I found this on Metal Sludge.

A 29 questions interview with DuBrow.5. Rate the following singers on a scale of 1 to 10. 1 being somebody who sucks and 10 being a killer singer.

David Lee Roth = I think Dave is the best frontman to ever come out of the U.S. He's not the best technical singer, but I love his voice, attitude, lyrics, stage presence, interviews and his book. I'm a fan and a friend!

Bret Michaels = Another pop singer, his performance is influenced by DLR

David Lee Roth = The standard with which other front men are measured

Very cool comments from Kevin. I'm not a QR fan but I have a little respect for Kevin now as it seems he knows who his master is!

Van Halen and QR were bitter rivals. Dave was always tearing them down in the old days. I wonder if that was just bullshit postering by Roth now?

Yeah, I've heard the two groups slung shit at each other - although I don't remember that at all (maybe I was just too young at the time).

But its cool to hear he had good things to say about Dave. And for what its worth, I always like Kevin's vocal on the QR albums.

Well I also think Kevin's become more humble since Quiet Riot's hey days. He has had to realize that his band wasn't the greatest thing out there. So I think he's humbled down a lot since then and whats to be more respected now, but that is pretty cool what he said!

Kevin DuBrow has done a complete 360 the last 15 years or so. He has pissed so many people off and burned so many bridges with his big mouth, he has finally realized it. Guess he's trying to make up for being a dick all those years.
