Listen to the back ground vocals on "Mine all mine".
They dubbed the original albums back ground vocals on there later.
You can even hear Sammy's voice in there.

"Black n blue" sounds like the original ones too.
Wonder how many of the songs they fixed?

My very first VH concert was Nov 5th 1988 in Lincoln, NE.
    Will never forget it.

Man they were so fucking good live with Sammy. I've been to every tour since VH 2. Don't want to start any arguements at all....but with Dave at the helm it was more of a "show" back in the early days. With Sammy fronting the band it really was all about the music. But then again I would go just to see Eddie play Mary had a little lamb!!!!!!

Johnny & Todd, I was there too! It was an incredible show. Then the next year when I got this Japan 1989 concert, I remember thinking it truly paled in comparison to that show in Lincoln. But at least they taped it.

Damn, we could start a club with the people who saw that show in Lincoln. Me, Johnny, Hubs, waterdog, Hausman.

My favorite song that night - Mine all Mine. Another highlight was Sam's solo bit. Totally unexpected and it blew me away.

Oh, and didn't they do Runnin' with the Devil?

Hubs - you got me laughing. What did we call that car? The banana peel?

That's funny we were all there.
The things i really remember was Eddie having a beard and wearing different colored chuck taylor's on each foot, he threw his Kramer 5150 way up in the air across the stage at the end of the show and Zeke catching it, also Eddie jumping around and kicking over a tray that had Mike's JD bottle on it.

I got the japan 89 vhs tape in 1990 and remember thinking the Lincoln show did have a lot more energy.

I still have a copy of the Daily Nebraskan with a review.

    Cool Johnny. Thanks for sharing.

And as further coincidence would have it, a few years later, I'd be writing for the Daily Nebraskan.
