Default Couple married 72 years die holding hands

An Iowa couple married for 72 years died holding hands in a Des Moines hospital within 70 minutes of each other last week after a car accident that also injured another couple.

"They're very old-fashioned. They believed in marriage 'til death do you part," Dennis Yeager, the son of Gordon and Norma Yeager, told KCCI.com.

And of course the old man caused the accident and most likely should not have been driving at 94. And he cost other lives. Gee great.

Yeah, it's quite the spin on that fact...

Their children are acting like it was so wonderful how they died. Yeah it's great you let your fucking father drive when the state was trying to take his license away. Nice kids, they should have been cited for their stupidity in allowing him to drive and not take his fucking car from him. If you weren't so fucking stupid, your parents would still be here. Morons. Thank god the only life that old fart took was his own and his passenger, although the passenger in the other car may be injured for life.

    What a ridiculous story.

I had to take my grandma's car away from her.....it was brutally hard

but it had to be done as she was getting lost, and getting into these little fender benders.......and she pulled out in front of someone we knew.....then she made a left hand turn right in front of me and I had to slam on the brakes to keep from T boning her car....I took that as God's way of clueing me into what was really going on

I didn't want any of us to deal with the guilt if something more than a fender bender happened.

She died of heart failure without having to go thru a traumatic accident like these couples

    I preferred our outcome.

survivor of the Bowling Green Massacre 9-3-2016 BGSU 10 OSU 77

She was warned. She was given an explanation. Nevertheless, she persisted.

No doubt. The poor lady in the other car remains in intensive care with internal bleeding and a broken neck because of this bullshit.
