The kid playing lead was good, I didn't expect he would be. Solid. The music was good. The singing or whatever you call that...uh wow. LOL

A friend teaches at a "School of Rock" place near me. They offer different packages each semester but he says that all that most kids care about learning is old Judas Priest, Iron Maiden and 80s hard rock tunes. It kind of stinks that they put so many kids on the stage at once. It'd be better for everyone if they broke 'em up a little more. I know it's a money thing though.

BTW, the kid playing lead looks like Peter Tork of the Monkees.

It's great to see kids having fun with a song like this one rather than the "music" of today. I think the vocals might be better described as an interpretive reading of the lyrics. LOL (sorry) The kid on lead guitar was super- played the entire song and the solo more coherently than Ed did on certain parts of the last tour. Dang kid, does that harmonic slide trick of Ed's better than I can...

The drummer, the bass player and the guitar player had it working. That was cool. Looks like fun was had by all. Rock on kids! Out.
