Finally watched The Irishman. Good movie however as others said, kind of went on too long. I honestly wasn't creeped out by the CGI aging however my eyes are going bad so didn't watch it with glasses on. Was surprised to see the actor who played Al Capone in Boardwalk Empire in the film. Funny how an English actor is used to play Italian mobsters. Loved Joe Pesci because he wasn't do his typical role of being loud and out of control. DeNiro played the same guy he has always played.

I liked V at first, but then it started to jump the shark pretty quickly.

“Echo In The Canyon” - too much focus on Jakob Dylan and recreating the songs, but still a lot of good stories there. I know a lot of people here dig the ‘80s scene on Sunset, but to have been a part of it in the ‘60s...

“Shaft”. I enjoyed it. Samuel L. Jackson, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Harrison Ford need to make a movie together.

Watched "Goon" and its sequel (forgot name but has Goon in it) on Netflix. Hockey movie featuring Stifler in a non-Stifler role. Not as good as Slapshot but actually both were actually pretty good/funny. Best parts feature two Russian brothers who constantly torment a goalie and his mother.

    I, Robot

Better than I remembered. A couple eye-roll parts to it, and Bridget Moynihan is bleeping God awful in it, but it was entertaining.

    The Color Purple (1985).

Still a great drama. It's been so long since the last time I watched it, maybe more than 02 decades.

Knives Out. A really good comedy mystery. Don Johnson was surprisingly good in it. Great cast.

Don Johnson is really under rated in my opinion.

I gave up on The Watchmen, but I really liked Don Johnson's limited turn in it, thought he was the highlight of the show (along with Jeremy Irons, he's always great).
