Simple, put out an album of mainly original material.

That being said, I think I will be releasing a new album before Van Halen does.
Taylor Swift is nice to look at. Adele can sing.

Emperor Brett - "I can't believe you guys are analyzing song-by-song Van Halen III? What next, analyzing the script of Stroker Ace looking for some shred of Citizen Kane?"

David Lee Roth did the impossible. He made Van Halen better. Deal with it!

    Preferred pronouns: he/him/his

Hurricane Halen - Let's all gingery touch our sword tips!!!

Don't know, don't care. Surprise me. As long as Ed's involved, I'm one HAPPY chick!

What can I say? I'm easy to please....

Tour with Sam and Mike. Got a better chance of a Zepplin reunion but it'd be nice.

RETIRE. I have zero desire to hear them with Wolfgang. Seeing how he's in such a "salesman mode" these days, they should do what they should have done years ago and put out a respectable boxset/DVD like other rock bands of stature have already done. I'd like to see some unreleased material on it and definitely some classic concert footage from 1978 to 1984. With each passing day, the overall interest grows less and less. Time is a wastin' Ed!

I'd much rather have that than any of this other overpriced striped garbage he's pushing.

DANG SUM! You're my bestest friend, and you tell them to RETIRE??? I'd have NEVER expected that out of you!

When I really sit and think about it, I do love Wolf, but seeing Mike with Dave just one more time, and hearing the music the way it was originally made, would be just blissful Van Halen Heaven to me.

    Miracles DO happen ya know.

A new album of all original material.

And when the magazines do an article about it for Ed to man up and thank Mike, Sam, Dave (and Gary) for what they did for the band.

The next thing VH 4 does will be their first.
Sammy did the impossible. He made Van Halen better. Deal with it.

I don't expect a thing but I'll be REAL pissed if they decide to trot this thing out again without any new material.

Anything less is POINTLESS to the level of pure insanity.
No new tunes? I won't be giving Ed another PENNY.
Sorry, but it's the same thing I've been saying for OVER A DECADE now.

I fell into the trap of the last tour just because I'd never seen Dave LIVE, much less with Ed, and it WAS a great show, but I won't be doing it again unless they live up to Dave's quote, "Meet us in the future, not the pasture"...

    New music or I'm done.

Can Van Halen continue to trot out this version of the band with no new music or a box set or whatever and continue to sell out 12K arenas? Will they have to drop down to 3K amphitheaters?
    Stay out of it, dude.
