Default mike anthony doing work lol

i'm watchin the news right now, and well there's this thing going on in west hollywood that's about 7 grand for a couple months to jam and play with rock stars. this is called 'rock n roll' camp and well they mentioned his name on the celebs that are taking part in this. interesting that they mentioned mike's name, i wanted to see more.. unfortunately they don't show the musicians only the people attending that are either really old or disabled somehow. but it's nice to hear mike is doin some good and passin the torch; so to speak.

btw it was on fox11 in los angeles.

Speaking of Ritchie Kotzen, a good friend turned me on to this last night and I have to say, it's COMPLETELY BAD ASS. He plays EVERYTHING on the tune

    CRANK IT. Trust me.

that's an incredible line up, and I always have to laugh when I think of Mark Hudson of the Hudson Brothers Razzle Dazzle Show as the co writer of so many Aerosmith tunes...not that the Hud Bros were not talented musicians...just

I actually worked with Mark Hudson WAY back in the day. He's originally from San Antonio and he worked writing songs with one of my old bands for about the standard '15 minutes'...WEIRD guy. Used to be a radio jock before he made it big as a co-songwriter.

Kotzen is a bad ass musician.

If folks want to hear another unsung genius from the hair band days, check out Andy Timmons formerly from Danger Danger -- ughh!.

Most versatile guy not named Steve Morse. His solo stuff is on Vai's Favoured Nations label and is killer.

I haven't been exposed to much Kotzen at all in my day. This is some badass stuff. Has kind of a Chris Cornell vibe in his voice. Very, VERY impressive track

Let me add my usual disclaimer and say that I love Ma and wish his relationship was healthy with VH and the CVH lineup was intact and forging ahead. I also dig CF. Still why am I not surprised that MA is not attached to SH in some way yet again. It's kinda gay. No offense to our alternate gender attracted linkers. I just think it's funny as shit that MA is mentioned an that it's also said immediately that SH is apart of it too. Of course he is! LOL

I see your point, but you could also ask when was the last time you saw Al mentioned without having Ed thrown in as well?

Yes, I know they're brothers, but I think you can see that point as well.

Al isn't even allowed to air drum without Sir Ed's permission.

As far as Mike and Sam, that is true for a lot of musicians (i.e. Hemmitt and Ulrich)
