    Default E-H 22 Caliber

    This thing look nuts:

    http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/p...Amp?sku=582993

It's a 22 watt power amp in a box the size of a small stomp box (SS, not tube obviously). It was just shown at the 2010 NAMM. I don't plan on picking one up but the thing is actually getting some good reviews. People are running pedals with it and plugging into 4x12 Marshall cabs. I'm sure it won't be long before the guys over at the Metroamp VH forum are trying to get the brown sound out of it.

I just googled him and I guess I should have know this- he is the founder of Electro-Harmonix! I haven't bought any of their pedals since around the late 70's. I had a LPB-1 booster and an original Big Muff Pi back then.

It's like Mike Matthews is the majestic result of a Battle Royale featuring Lloyd Bridges, Ed Asner, Jack LaLanne, and Billy Mays...

...the mind shudders, but he IS living proof.
