Glenn Beck thinks atheists are the problem...

I had to chuckle a bit at this.

Atheists are the problem? I guess he sides with Ossama, then. He also thinks that way, America's number one enemy. Way to show your support for the country. Gee.

i find it quite laughable that he tries to blame lack of religion for the country's problems. He was raised a Catholic (just like me). Did his faith in God keep him from making the same mistakes that plague the country? Did it keep him from becoming a drunk? Nope. Drug addict? Nope. Did his fear of God make him work hard to keep his first marriage together? Apparently not. Did it ensure that he kept a stable home so his kids could be raised in a loving environment? Nope once again

If he gets to heaven, God is gonna slap the shit out of him for running his mouth so much. If all Americans had the personal history he did, your country would have fallen apart a long time ago. Some people should worry more about their own situation a little more and leave everyone else to worry about theirs. Being a religious person doesn't make you good, and not being religious doesn't make u bad. Glenn Beck should learn to shut the fuck up about things he has no business discussing. And religion is apparently one of those things.

This is so stunningly ignorant it would take too many words to respond to everything he said. I'll just say this though. Our government in the previous eight years has been run by more religious years in recent history. How does everyone think that turned out? Perhaps the 15% "Nones" he was talking about should be equally represented in our government and then we could actually see if they do in fact have a negative impact, which we have no way of knowing because they represent less than 0.25% of people in the house, senate and white house. That's not a typo: less than 0.25%. As far as I know there is one single individual in the house that is an atheist or "none" out of the hundreds of representatives and the 100 senators.

This is simply moronic. Again, "God" wasn't put on the money or in the pledge until the 1950's, I don't know why people always act like it's always been there. I think we did pretty good up until then. Mr. Beck, I'd actually say that all signs point to it going downhill after we interjected god into the government where it was never intended and where it doesn't belong. Looking forward to the day that 15% of the "nones" will be equally represented in our democracy.

Wow, was that dumb. I'm atheist and have hardly ever voted for Democrats. The sheer inanity of "analysis" like that, which comprises the lion's share of contemporary Republicanism these days means I don't vote for them much anymore either. Pretty much a straight libertarian ticket these days.

    Well done

I'm curious as to what Glen Beck's plan for Americans who don't believe in god is, are they allowed to partake in the great Republic?
Or does he have some Final Solution in mind.

The Edge... there is no honest way to explain it because the only people who really know where it is are the ones who have gone over.

    Default OMG!

This is exactly what happen when news networks that work 24 hours have to fill space and air time with lunatics and schizophrenics. I mean whoever believe a word this Bozo said on television have to be on heavy medication. When he's not saying that America needs another 9/11 attack, he blames the left for everything that is wrong in the world or he's crying his eyes out like a little girl... and for what! for ratings on the worst network for news in the world.
The guy is a joke. Even Bill O'reilly thinks he's nuts. and that saying something.

if we were back in the 1930's, Glen Beck would be producing propaganda films.

I really don't think the President can be blamed for the displays by kids we've seen, it's simply not his call. I realize he should be responsible for his followers, as any politician should be, and that schools shouldn't be doing this, but this isn't caused by direct order, merely by popularity. And i'll admit, I don't like seeing kids, even in high school, being told to praise specific politicians of any party. I saw it under President Bush, too, but I still think it's something that can't be avoided with any administration. To see Glenn Beck try to justify wrongful attacks with his own religion, in an attempt to promote it, is sickening. He's claiming that we are becoming victims of indoctrination, and tries to counter it with his own DOCTRINE on a spiritual level.

A recent study shows 92% of the teenage population likes rap music. If you are part of the 8% who listen to real music, put this as your sig.
