    Default Speaking In Songs

I listened to the Chickenfoot album on a headset (perhaps too loud for my own good) and noticed that someone speaks a word or so at the beginning and ending of each song. (Or at least some of the songs.) I thought perhaps it was outside noise from wherever I was at the time.

I noticed that in the video to SOAR, it was confirmed. At the end of the SOAR video Chad said "Yeah" or something along those lines.

    1. Has anyone else noticed this?

    2. If so, has anyone listened enough to see if it makes a sentence or anything like that? A little hidden message perhaps.

    Chad says, "Watch it!"

He's telling the rest of the band: "I'm going to add another coda flourish!"

    Well on Avenida there's nothing.

SOAR: Chad says, "Watch It' at the end.

Sexy Little Thing: Sammy says, "Do it Joe".

Oh Yeah, Runnin' Out, Get It Up have nothing as far as I can tell.

The rest I don't think there is any voices either.

    "Do it Joe?"

I always thought it was asked in the form of a question, phrased like "That you, Joe?" That's how I always heard it.

Yeah Sounds like Chad to me. I also thought Chad was saying "wash it" at the end of soap.

There's a bunch of them...."I buried Paul" is one, the one that Broken used is actually, "Paul is a dead man, miss him, miss him."

Chad says, "Hey Do it Joe!"

You're thinking Sammy at the beginning of Down the Drain.

No, actually, I'm not, hah. I was thinking of Sammy at the beginning of SLT.

But when adding the "Hey" in there, I can see that working. I always thought there was a nudge more to it than just a simple "Do it, Joe!" Now listening to it, I can also tell that's Chad.

The beginning of Down The Drain is "That that new thing, Joe?"

Excellent point. Excellent because it's the proper fuckin' quote!

yeah, that's the backwards gibberish at the end of I'm So Tired...I think it's I'm So Tired...

then there's the supposed cries of paul's name during the outro solo on While My Guitar Gently Weeps...

fun stuff...there's actually a great book about the whole thing and they list stuff that I didn't even know about, and I obsessed over this stuff back about 15 years ago.
    Stay out of it, dude.
