    Default Got a new axe!

So I jumped the gun and bought a Lueez guitar. This is what I got.

http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c1...0/IMG_1429.jpg --> Picture of the back, took off the back of the plate to investigate.

The action was set pretty damn good, much better than most of the MIM fenders at my store, including the Road Worn series. I haven't had a chance to test out the pickups through a tube amp. I tried it through my pod and it sounded pretty good, although I already planned on changing the pups before I even got the guitar. It sounds great unplugged, pretty loud and resonates nicely too. I was impressed with the neck. The neck is all one piece maple, satin finish, with the rosewood board. It's just about the same thickness as my Korean Wolfie, but its a little bit wider, but it doesn't bother me.

The pickguard kicks ass too! It's a real piece of fucking wood and it has a quilted texture to it! You can see it in one of the pictures above.

Overall, for $385, ($285 for guitar + $100 shipping from Taiwan!), It feels and plays much better than most of the import guitars I have played, and would definitely buy another one If I ever had the need to. Did I mention that it has a nice inlay on the body? :P

cool...you've got me really tempted...maybe I'll treat myself with one of these later this year after I take care of some bills.
