Default Van Halen Logo Kitchen Faucet

OK, sorry if this has already been posted. If it has, may God have mercy on my soul.

    Saw this on Amazon.

It's description: "This great kitchen faucet also looks a lot like the Van Halen logo! "

Actually, the original VH logo had a faucet coming out of it. Eddie will probably sue this company.

I dunno...sort of seems like it would diminish the thing's effectiveness without it.

Lemme say this up front, the guy that told me this story was a pretty big flake but he *was* a kitchen/bath designer back in the day before I worked with him years ago.

This guy claimed he did some custom tile work on the Van Halen's master bathroom around 1985 and one of the interesting things they had in the bathroom was custom sculpted gold plated faucets which looked like guitars (he couldn't tell me what kind) with the "VH" logo between the hot and cold faucet knobs.

It always sounded pretty loony to me.

It depends solely upon which version you purchase. Apparently, the Mark I edition is highly preferable, while the Mark II version has it's selling points as well. Yet beware of version Mark III, which not only is a compromise between the first two offerings, yet seems to abruptly stop functioning after about only 18 months or so, then quits working altogether and somehow voids the warranty.
