Anyone Know Where This Cover Of "Crossroads" Comes From?

This a fairly cumbustible cover of the Cream standard "Crossroads". The "info" at Youtube states that it is Van Halen, but I have my doubts as the guitar tone and drum sound are all wrong for a live VH set up. The only sure thing is Hagar's name is announced at the end. If anyone has the goods, feel free to contribute.

    CROSSROADS

This Cream song, played on 20th August 1992, was broadcast live as part of the "Cabo Wabo Rock Radio Festival". Again a Los Tres Gusanos performance with special guest Craig Chaiquico on lead guitar.
I swear, it's like I'm playin' cards with my brother's kids or somethin'. You nerve-wrackin' sons-a-bitches.
