Default I just rebought the Van Halen catalog for the i dont even know how many times!!!

    Thank god for Amazon.com!

I have lost all the albums over the years and my computer crashed leaving me with no way to burn them to cd-r.

So i just plunked down $105 for the whole catalog minus RHRN and Greatest Hits.

    I even bought VH3 again.

These bastards keep taking my money!!

I dont mind doing this though as I am rather excited for them to arrive in shiny jewel cases with liner notes!

Definitly use Amazon. They have the best deals of anywhere i looked.

I paid on average $6 for each, but then shipping is $3 each, so when you do the math, an average of $9 each for new copies.

You cna buy them used there as well but i didnt want to mess with that.

    I got FUCK for $3.99

I became a casual fan in 1984 when i was 7 years old, i mean, who wasnt?

But it was OU812 that hooked me in early 1989. So since then i have definitly owned them all on tape. And on cd i am probably on my 4th or 5th go around.

I was really into music starting at age 5 with Journey and the Frontiers era.

    OU812 is amazing imo.

why the band didnt remaster and re release the hagar era in 2004 is beyond me.

I'm going the Ebay route. It's looking like I can get the 6-pack for under $20.

Warner Brothers simply needs to release a BOX SET similar to the one that Zeppelin just put out. Remastered discs and all original artwork.

    Every album labeled Van Halen.

    Simple economy booster.

I saw that they finally re-released the remasters in the cardboard cases. Wal Mart had all of them on sale for about $6.96 a piece.
