How about Iron Mike Curtis now!
EVH 1979: Well, actually it's not much of a vacation, because we run everything ourselves. We design our own album cover, we have to be in the office every day to sign checks - the whole corporation revolves around us. Nothing can be done without our approval. We even have photo approval.

I can't argue against anyone that got in except maybe Derek Thomas, But it's a total joke that Shannon Sharpe and Chris Carter didn't. I know there's good players left off every year, but damn, I would have thought BOTH of these guys to be first ballot types ! I was shocked last year that Carter didn't get in, I thought he'd be a LOCK to get in this year.

Hell.... if it wasn't for Jerry Rice, the argument could be made that Carter was the greatest ever....even without the rings !

And Sharpe had stellar career numbers, and was an intrical part of three Championships with two different teams.
