From the YT comments it sounds like the video is from 1993 & the audio is from 1995.

They didn't play ATBL in 91 or 92. It was one of the fake "Live" songs they did in the studio for RHRN.

Video is from Pennsylvania on July 6, 1993. Audio is from London on June 24, 1995.

Which date and venue in Mexico 92? Are you talking about 5-23 & 5-24?

They Did not play it on 5-21-92 CSL, Mexico. It was recorded on video.

They also didn't play it in California in early May or in Hawaii in late May. That is pretty strange that they would add that song for only 1 date on the whole tour. There is no know recording at this time.

They played it on May 23 or 24 1992 at the Sports Palace in Mexico City, don't remeber exactly which night, but I was there on both nights.

Eddie started playing and the band just continued playing. Amazing show by the way.

not all the audio from RHRN was recorded on the FUCK tour, they used stuff from 86 and 88, while there is some controversy over some songs (won't get fooled again), I honestly doubt this is a studio track that appears on RHRN.

Don't believe the BS from Ed and the record company. It is very apparent that ATBL, Love Walks in, & WGFA from the RHRN Live cd 1993 were recorded in the sudio with fake crowd noise. You can tell that they are NOT from either 88 or 86. Listen to the 100's of bootlegs (soundboard & Aud) from 86 & 88 and you can tell that both Ed & Al's tone are totally different from the different gear they were using on those respective tours.

As has been explained and argued about MANY times here at the links. With the exception of the 3 songs mentioned above, the RHRN cd was taken from the 2 nights in Fresno,CA May 1992. It was also broadcast by Westwood One and there are a few bootlegs were you can compare it note for note.

Also of note we are NOT talking about the vid clip(93/95) in the first post, we are only talking about the official RHRN live cd.

    Default It's on CD

I've got this exact version on bootleg CD. I can't think of the name of it though. The version of Right Now from this disc is my favorite version of that song!

I dunno....I never looked into it that close, I never compared tone..why would they do that with ATBL when they did it 100's of times with Sam and they probably had soundboard recordings? I can see WGFA and even LWI but not ATBL....

who the hell knows? I like the version on RHRN so that's good enough for me.

Rocks the Beer Hall, if I'm not mistaken. Tacked on with the soundboard recording of Toronto in 1995.

    .
Now I am not saying that those songs were or were not recorded in a studio but as far as comparing them to 88 or 86 recordings will not be accurate. after the tracks would be mixed and remastered with the fresno shows. Tones would change tempo's could change. ect. If someone had the time and track recordings they could make the LWOAN (86) sound like the RHRN album.

110% true. I own 100's of shows from the Hagar years and all the tracks on RHRN are with the FUCK tour equipment and most are fake.

Shitty live album, they could have done SO much better. WHy the fuck did they fake it when in 1991-1992 they were arguably at their peak as live musicians?

EVH: Oh, I hadn't thought about that. That's some great music. They're just on vacation, maybe. They're off to college and they're going their own way. Who knows?"
