    Default Dunlop Crybaby

I'm gonna pick up a Dunlop Crybaby very soon and I was looking into the 535Q Multi-Wah. It has a knob that controls the range of the sweep and I think that it would be a sweet wah. I would like to know if anyone has had experience with this wah or any of the other Crybabies? Particularly the Classic Fasel Inductor, 95Q, or even the Original. Any suggestions???

    Thanks!

I've had the Original, the Hendrix, and the EVH one and I think the Hendrix one is easily the best.

I just picked up an original Crybaby for about $80. They sound good but one thing I noticed is that the sweep is a bit limited, so if you are looking for a wide sweep, this pedal may not satisfy you. It is easy to change the tone of the sweep itself by opening it up and adjusting the tone pot. I like the unit. The Fasel inductor one was double the price new in the store and for what I need it wasn't worth the extra money, but they are supposed to sound pretty darn good. I like the original and I've adjusted the tone pot for a little less treble to mellow it out just a touch. For the money you can't go wrong. Depends really want you are willing to spend. The EVH wah is supposed to have a much wider sweep, but you are paying for the name also.

I wasn't really looking into the signature models, but still thanks! I have heard that the Hendrix one is really good.

I've got the 535Q, the Zakk Wylde, the Slash, the Budda Budwah, the Dimebag, and the Vox. The 535Q and the Dimebag are my favorites. I'm kinda like Andrew when it comes to wah's!

The Dimebag and the 535Q are quite similar. I personally prefer the Dimebag over the 535, but that's me.

The 535 is a very versatile and useful wah.

That's the one that I will most likely get because I would like the sweep to be flexible.
