Well I finally got my answer about the neck radius and nut width!

And the price isn't that bad... still a little more than I'd like to pay.

Thanks for posting the info, Rat.

Also... Interesting the neck itself is just "maple." Only the fingerboard is birdseye maple. It's probably a stability thing. (Hard rock maple is traditionally more stable than birdseye.)

I have a question to those who are more knowledgable than me (which is probably all of you). I have a few Wolfgangs, I love them. Play great sound great, look great but that is where my level of expertise stops. I'm a guitar player, not a technician. If it feels good and sounds good then it works for me. So my question is, now that we have the specs for the new Wolfgang, How does it compare to the Peavey Wolfgang? Good, Bad, Indifferent? What are the pros (or cons if any) to owning the new Wolfgang.

    Topjoey,

I personally cant answer that without playing it for myself. I just cant see them improving a already great guitar. Didnt a few different companies try this with the Les Paul? Now they are referred to as 'Les Paul Copies.' Wouldnt this be considered a 'Peavey copy?' I honestly think Mr evh screwed up this time and should have came up with something a little different, other than a copy cat guitar.

It's HIS GUITAR. It's what HE likes. He doesn't care about you.

Whoa! Check out that crazy looking guitar in the pic in the "story" tab. Just wait for the pics to rotate -- it'll come up. It looks like an old peavey wolfgang they killed to prototype the D2H or something.

Yep, we ALL know AT will cave in, sooner or later. By the way, great to be back and hope this sparks your memory EvH!

So it has finally arrived, and I've returned to the Links...kinda ironic.

I received another email... I was told that those prices shown are 10% below MSRP ( which isnt very much imo) I guess since its new, they dont want to fire all their guns at once.
