Thanks for sharing pretty cool interview

"Van Halen is definitely a ladies band, and Ive got the Polaroids to prove it". - David Lee Roth

    Man I miss that band.
    Eddie Van Halen in 2012:

"ESQ: What are you going to do with all the material that you wrote with Sammy Hagar?

EVH: Oh, I hadn't thought about that. That's some great music. They're just on vacation, maybe. They're off to college and they're going their own way. Who knows?"

Yep, I sure would love to see Ed truly feel that way about the band again. But those were some really cool days of the band in the late 80's and early 90's.

Not their best performance of Why Can't This Be Love, but good to see nonetheless.

Mike's "Don Johnson" look from that era always kills me.
Taylor Swift is nice to look at. Adele can sing.

Emperor Brett - "I can't believe you guys are analyzing song-by-song Van Halen III? What next, analyzing the script of Stroker Ace looking for some shred of Citizen Kane?"

David Lee Roth did the impossible. He made Van Halen better. Deal with it!

I think that performance of wctbl was from really, really early in the 5150 tour and if I'm not mistaken it was filmed by warner bros and released as a video overseas, I've seen a version of the video with the audio from the 5150 album overdubbed over the bands original performance. I think I remember the band being really unhappy with how this turned out and they put the stop to it being released in the US.....or that's what I think happened.
