    Default Recommend a splitter

This is going to be my first attempt at running two amps simultaneously. I've added an old amp of mine (Marshall V265 combo) to the mix using it as the dry sound in the middle. And then use my line 6 Flextone II to power the two outside cabinets (Line 6 and Mesa 4x12's) which will have the "eventide" effect from my Digitech 2101.

What is a good splitter to use? One that doesn't lose the original signal and is relatively quiet.... and not too expensive.

If it helps I know Morley makes an A B switch that you can get at GC or any good music store.

I like the Rapco AB100. It has an instrument input, and an A and a B output. The thing I liked about it is that instead of only toggling between A and B, you could turn each output on or off. You could play A and B at the same time, or shut off both outputs.

I used to play one amp during the rythm parts, and kick the other amp on during the leads so that both amps were playing. It was a really cool full sound.

    My 2 cents.

Take a look at the Radial Engineering pedals for splitting as well as Framptone pedals. http://www.frampton.com/switcher.html

I use/have used all three and have had great results. I have a Bigshot that is new, used here as a demo, for $50.00 if needed..
