I noticed they muted the "fuck man!" at the beginning. Dave and Mikey sound solid in that chorus!

mike was not the sole backing vocals in the band, Eddie was on them as well.

People tend to ignore that fact
Wolfie is not Mike, but he's more than ok.
Mike is gone, but not forgotten. They played some amazing shows from 2007-2015; some people are in denial about it.

After hearing his vocal "performance" on How Many Say I, I wonder how much of a contribution to the backing vox he truly made.

I'd love to hear this song completely disected. Vocals, guitar, bass, and especially drums all alone. In fact, I could sit around for days listening to the entire catalogue like that. Probably because I used to work for a radio station and I'd play with the audio equipment after hours. I like pickings things apart. Better than picking people apart I guess?

If you are into this sort of stuff, I highly recommend that you check out the other offerings that MasterTracks18 (the guy that initially presented this video) has at his personal section at youtube:

    http://www.youtube.com/user/MasterTracks18

There are some killer isolated tracks there, with a decent variety of artists covered.

There's only a small 14 year difference between the two songs.
