Default Just scored 5150, OU812, and VH2 vinyl

Got 'em for $4.99 each at Vintage Stock. I gave OU812 a spin, and it may be my imagination, but it seemed to sound a little better than the weak sounding CD. I'll give 5150 a spin to see if that sounds any different. I've got all the VH on vinyl (up to OU812).

5150 sound superior as well, but then again, it is vinyl.

So, How Many Say I sounds better on vinyl? Guess it couldn't sound any worse.

I found FUCK to be fairly easy when compared to Balance. Then again, the copy of Balance that I have sounds like someone tried to play it with a sewing machine needle with the sewing machine running.

It always sounds better in vinyl for some reason. I have FW and the first VH album in vinyl and they still sound as great as whenst I first bought them back in the day. I wish I had bought more vinyl but I went for the cassettes once they came out.

I didn't know if they even made FUCK and Balance on vinyl. Balance actually sounds great on the CD (as well as the Roth remasters) but 5150 & OU812 always sounded a little weak. I'm kind of on a vinyl kick. I've always liked listening to music on vinyl, and I've noticed everyone seems to be releasing their stuff on vinyl nowdays. I think it's more of a psychological thing, but It's alyways cool to get an album on vinyl in a day where everything is getting smaller (and most music is now merely a digital download). I like the bigness of the cover art and liner notes & stuff.

The sound is better. More warmth in tone, more rich in depth. At least to most old school audiophiles, anyway.

RHRN, III, BOV1, and BOBW are the only albums never cut to vinyl. RHRN did have a laserdisk edition though.

Vinyl's making a comeback. VH 1 was just re-released in a new improved pressing, Rush and Elvis Costello offered their latest in vinyl editions, and of course the new live Certifiable LP by the Police has a vinyl format as well.

I was at Best Buy the other day and they have a whole section of vinyl. All the Motley, Metallica, Axl Rose, and a bunch of older rock n' roll stuff.

FUCK cost me about 50 bucks to get on vinyl. Balance has still eluded me though.

    You can get Balance here:

It's not much of an improvement over the CD (if any) as compared to the older albums.
5150 and OU812 sound great on vinyl
