Default "Live At The 10 Spot" Sydney, Australia, April 20, 1998

Alright, look...just for shits and giggles I've attempted to assemble the MTV broadcast from 1998. This is as much of the show I could put together with the available vids and a reference list from vhboots.com.

    http://www.vhboots.com/liveat10spot.html

Admittedly, there are several flaws throughout. Yet I honestly believed it would be cool to have this show available to the Linkers here. As usual, I've included bold printed titles/song lengths that will separate each tune.

I hope those that have never seen it might enjoy it.

Here is the track listing I've attempted to follow:

    1. Unchained 3:16
    2. Without You 6:17
    3. One I Want 5:15
    4. Mean Street 6:36
    5. Why Can't This Be Love 3:43
    6. Year To The Day 7:42
    7. Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love 4:36
    8. Panama 4:59

No kidding, the actual song lengths vary...

    "Unchained" (3:02)

    "Without You" (6:12)

    "One I Want" (5:18)

As much as most people here bag on "3", this was the last time Ed was really himself and happy and energized. Looks like he's on the right track right now too, let's hope.

Funny hearing these songs played so much slower than the recent tour. I prefer them faster for the most part, but they didn't really gel like this until Eddie came back from the break and tore it up in April/May.

Same here. Great performance by the band, as they were very tight musically. I also have the entire Sydney concert from bootleg. IMHO, Ed's playing was at its peak during the VH3 tour.

A recent study shows 92% of the teenage population likes rap music. If you are part of the 8% who listen to real music, put this as your sig.
