wonder what kind of coinage that will go for!!!!
I used to wonder why he was grinning all the time(Michael Ian Black talkin about EVH on VH1 I love the 80's) but then i realized the reason he's grinning is because he's Eddie F*#king Van Halen

Yes it was, he told me he was selling it when I was talking with him a few nights ago... this guitar was used for the whole tour, so it's not just some guitar that EVH played once & signed, it's the real deal! Pretty cool, although I think Dugan is CRAZY for getting rid of it!

Oh no, Herco-flex picks! I thought people stopped using those when platform shoes went out of style.

It sure doesn't look like one of the Kamer's he used on the 5150 tour. In fact, it harldy looks played from what I can tell. I would bet this was one of many Kramer's Ed had that he signed and gave away but never really played.

Not for nothing, yet what is with the busted volume pot?

The guitar was stolen, stripped, returned, repainted and re-signed. How or why on Earth should that make or enhance it's value in any way?

Dude... it's the real deal! At the end of the tour, Edward walked up to Dugan and GAVE him the guitar. If it hardly looks played, that's because it was taken care of by pros! Kevin told me personally that it was one of the main guitars EVH used on that tour, so it's had the shit played out of it!

I doubt it. Its a pointy head Barretta, stock at best. Only difference is the paint job and that ain't worth 50-100k.

Ummm...didn't Ed use his 5150 Kramer for the 5150-1986 Tour?

Not THIS one, but the one used in the LWAN video...the one we all know.

The guitar he used extensively on the 5150 tour is the one he used on the 1984 tour along with the OU812 tour. the guitar pictured is NOT the "5150" Kramer. EVH brought the "5150" guitar out on the 2004 tour and used it for 1 song, "Up For Breakfast" it was sporting a charvel strat headstock type neck. This guitar MIGHT in fact be one of EVH's but it was probably a back up guitar on the tour. Looks like the guitar from the picture of EVH that he is looking straight at the camera smiling with his 5150 mullet hair cut, wife beater tank, and blue baggy pants. It is most certainly NOT the "5150" guitar.
