Default The Kids Bands and Child Musicians on YouTube Thread

I don't think there is a thread devoted to this topic. YouTube has all kinds of good (and bad) examples of kid bands and child musicians. I saw a few of these today and noticed that YouTube is filled with them. Who knows if we might not find a clip from the next Van Halen or Led Zeppelin? They all started somewhere, and many of them - including Van Halen - started out playing cover songs.

I'll post a few to get started:

    8-year-old shredder:

7-year-old singer and 9-year-old guitarist cover Journey:

German kids band covers AC/DC's TNT:

One of my favorite Paganini pieces, performed by a child!
    From youtube, posted by blhsing...

"Wang Yameng was 12 years old, or 2 years after she started studying guitar from Professor Chen Zhi, when she performed this piece in the 36th Tokyo International Guitar Competition in December, 1993, which she won against adults from 11 other countries. She set a record of the youngest guitar champion in the international guitar competition and she also set a record of winning a first prize at her first participation of an international guitar competition."

Wang Yameng - Niccolò Paganini - Caprice No. 24 (7:12)

Yea..she's not a musician, but she is such a cutie and she nails this.

    Utilize. Improvise. Adapt. Overcome.

I think that's the best guitar version i have ever heard. Li Jie's crack at it was astonishing but a little dry and eliot fisk just butchers it by playing everything way too fast.
This girl was/is the complete package. No doubt about it. Good find.
