Stuffed crust was my favorite, especially the "triple decker." A little pizza and ranch dip once in a while sure hits the spot.
    Respects.

You have as much chance of finding a decent "old fashioned mom and pop" pizzeria in South Florida as you do of finding good driving habits, friendliness, human decency or intelligence. And if you do find such a place, chances are you live beyond their delivery range. Since I abhor what is casually referred to as "pizza" by the nationwide chains and supermarket pizza "product" sucks worse than the Dolphins last season, I resort to making my own. (I used to enjoy Boboli, yet they have changed drastically in quality, size and taste over the past few years).

The "stuffed crusts" are not that hard to do (a little extra work and some cheese are all that's required) yet I feel them to be unnecessary if the crust itself is done well and you use quality ingredients in the first place.

As for eating the crust? Definetly!

If it's thin, crunchy crust then absolutely I eat it all as I go.

If it's a thick doughy crust like Domino's Pizza then I'll hold off on some of the crust and get back to it after I finish the rest of the pizza.

I'm a long tme lurker, seldom poster .... but THIS, ... well this is a thread I just have to enter and speak my mind.

Yes, I always eat my crust.

I save the option to declare myself "full" for BETWEEN slices.

We have a great little shop up the street, Tammy's and yes, absolutely I eat the crust.
