Default Van Halen and Leslie West - Mississippi Queen (1995)

I've had this on track on a CD for about five years, this is the first time I've seen the video...pretty good stuff here.

    Respects.

Was at this show at Jones Beach, Wantagh, NY
Was great when he came out, and was great live.

Thanks for the video. Reminds me of when Van Halen was such a cool band. I will always wonder what we could have had over the last decade or so if it didn't go so wrong!

I'm no bootleg collector. Plus I have no patience for downloading torrents of these huge DVD files ...I wish I did though...

I'm sorry but just seeing this footage....they were just a better band with Sammy Hagar period. I like DLR don't get me wrong but he never would have went for this with Leslie West. To bring somebody up on stage is just about the music and Dave is, well Dave is about Dave which does make him great but also makes him limited. Ed is blazing on this tune !

How many musicians can say they played on stage with Van Halen?

Who else has played with the band Van Halen?

i'm not the biggest hagar fan in the world but I certainly see your point...I don't see Dave bringing up another musician to sing or play their music...

It's a good example of Sammy's rock-n-roll-everyguy approach to music...sammy's always up for a jam, at least he seems to be, where as I've never heard of Dave doing stuff like this.
