    Default Dreams in the studio

I've seen Wont Get Fooled Again, but I didn't know there were other videos from that same video session or whatever.

But I love the intro into the solo!

I've often wondered about how much of a fraud "live" album Right Here, Right Now was. I really think they redid alot of if in the studio and added crowd noise. I know they did for Won't Get Fooled Again so what to make us think that they didn't on any other songs?
'Old Van Halen, when I was in it-classic Van Halen-makes you wanna drink, dance and screw, right? And the new Van Halen encourages you to drink milk, drive a Nissan and have a relationship.' - David Lee Roth.

That's exactly what I've been thinking too. This to me anyway, seals it up.

Re-Recorded, Right Here, Right Now...or Later
One noticeable difference between Judas Priest and Metallica...
...Judas Priest only has one gay guy in the band.

LWAN was pretty much live if I remember right and they had done the 89 TV special in Japan so they could stuff off live.

The tracks-or alot of them appeared on a radio special in late 92, I believe it was called the Cabo Wabo Radio Special back then and they would play live tracks from Fresno and then go to Mike, Sam, David lauser and Craig Chiquitta for live performances from the Cabo Wabo, this is where the version of Crossroads that everyone thinks is Van halen comes from (the one where Sammy starts off by saying "ed lefler needs a hard on" and then they go into it).

the stuff that was played on the radio special was stuff that was mixed by Ed and Al specifically for that show so I doubt that the band went in a re-recorded alot of stuff just for that show. The story is that Warner Bros and the band got great feedback from that radio special so they called in Andy Johns to clean things up and release things properly.

I'm sure somethings were cleaned up but I doubt they did alot of that, maybe some here and there but I don't think they went nuts.

I've got boots of them doing 90% of the stuff that's on RHRN and it sounds pretty close to what appeared on the record. Sonically they kicked ass in 91 so I bet they could pull this stuff off.
