    Default F#!@ Them!!!

I'll start by saying this probably doesn't warrant another thread so the thread nazis don't have to but, I was out of town for a wedding and got back hoping to maybe snag some tickets to the KC show if the price was right and I feel like I just dropped the soap in a prison shower--I didn't even buy a f#!@ing ticket. The cheapest seats were $79.50 with a $16.35 convenience charge! At first, I was ok being as that I paid around that in '04. But, guess what...none available. So my choice is $149.50 and the seat location for the party I would've been booking for wasn't that great. Where the f#!@ do these guys come off? No communication...nothing to have the faith that there is even a band anymore much less assurance that this thing won't implode as it did before and they come out with ticket pricing like this. And that's to say nothing about what the brothers grump did to Mikey. F#!@ing cash grab pure and simple. They can keep their over priced frickin' tickets, t-shirts, and the like. I'll stay home and watch it implode from here on YouTube.

Flame or close at will. I feel much better now.

Think of all the money you've saved these past 9 years that they haven't toured.

Did you really think you were going to get a great seat for less than 200 bucks in 2007 for any band that has sold more than 60 million albums?? Look at the Police prices, and those f'ng guys don't have half the body of work that VH does.

(Is it 60mill? i was just throwing that out there)

The talk has been for the longest time that when Dave got back with VH, that the ticket prices wouldn't be cheap. This shouldn't be too big of a shock to anyone. Although the 5* tix aren't worth the extra $300 more than the 5*s for the last tour where the fans got to see soundcheck as part of the package.

I'd be curious to see of record sales go up at all during/after this tour compared to the record sales of the CVH albums over the past few years.

Look at it this way, at least you won't have to go through the hassle of a refund if this thing caves before they make it to your town. I'm just sayin.

its not fucking rocket science... looks as though tickets are selling well, that means they are priced where they should be... like it or not.

it you dont want the ticket, someone else will buy it.

I love how they call it a 'convenience' charge. Convenient for who TicketNazi? Way to line your pocket. How does this monopoly continue to get a free pass? And don't get me started on LiveNation/Shit Channel.

No new music, a teen offspring replacing a 30 year member of the band who was shat on by the brothers grim, ticket prices for non-nosebleeds thru the freakin roof.

    Enjoy the show rich people!
