    Default Stereo Reverb Units

Today, I'm in mourning. After 22 years of hard usage, my Alesis Midiverb II has lost its right channel, thus partially giving up the ghost. I hope to repair it but, falling short of that, I'll need a replacement.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a stereo reverb/delay unit? I have plenty of delays but I need something to offers lush "washes" in stereo.

Those Midiverbs are workhorses. I have two Midiverb IVs in my studio; both are now about 12 years old. Their only faults are LED screens that don't always light up.

Regarding your Midiverb II, if one channel is cutting out it might just be soldering. The thing could live on.

I don't use a lot of rack units for guitar, but in another thread I was talking about how I've been impressed with the TC Electronic G-Major thus far. Or you could also just pick up another Alesis unit.
