Chapter 1: Log onto ticketmaster.com 10 minutes before the event goes on sale and click on the purchase ticket button. A minute before the event goes on sale, start pounding on the refresh button. After about 3 minutes of pounding on the refresh button, you'll eventually get into the purchase tickets screen. Select best available for 2 tickets (any more than 2 you'll get bumped off of the site). Ticketmaster will come back with 2 tickets in peanut heaven. They will say they'll give you 2 minutes to enter your information or tickets will be lost. It's actually 23 seconds. If you don't have a ticketmaster account already setup, you can kiss those tickets goodbye. Click "Purchase Tickets" with pre-existing account. Wait 2 minutes for website to process. Ticketmaster will respond "Sorry, Your request Is not available. There were no tickets available that matched your request." You will then stare at the screen in disbelief.

Chapter 2: Log onto stubhub.com. Search "Van Halen". Tickets originally offered at $150.00 are going for $3,524.00 each. Kick out 27 year old son living in the basement. Realize that you'll save $3500 a year in beer alone by booting him out. Buy tickets.
