I'm going to a show, and I Love No Access's site sucks. I got in right when the tickets went on sale. Then it froze up.
Then I got back in, got all the way to putting my CC info in, and it tells me there's no tickets.

Yet multiple brokers were offering the tickets YESTERDAY.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em. -

I was (I think anyway) fortunate enough to get a 5 star for the Detroit show, but I did notice that some of them WERE on stubhub for that same show, and they wanted something like 1,700 bucks a pop for them! Over twice what ILAA is charging, and their price is a significant increase from the 5 stars in 2004! It does raise the question: How in the hell are they stubhub/broker buyers of these tickets going to pick them up?? Every ILAA I've done (and I've done multiple), your name DOES have to match the order form for the tix!! The scammers looking to make a buck will certainly find a way, and damn that sucks. I thought that's what ILAA was built on, (sort of): Where true fans get tickets"?? Guess not all the time. Pissed me off when I saw them on stubhub listed as Section: VIP Row: VIP. for seat location

you're assuming that the people that run ILAA don't hold a certain amount of them for themselves and then sell them at subhub and other places

not sure what stub hub had listed, but some venues offer their own VIP package for a show as well. Some scalpers/brokers may be hoping to transfer the package...ILAA is pretty good about making sure they match. What if they bought 2 packages of 2 and then paired the guests on those together as a package?

The people at ILAA should sell VIP packs to the FANS direct not the brokers.
Ticketmaster has the lowdown on that....lol. The BAND should see to that.

lol - i'd prefer they continue to rehearse.

It's not Ed's job to do ticket sales or Dave's job to sell popcorn, nor will Al & Wolfie being working in the merchandise stand.

Hey I saw Aerosmith in 74 for like 18 bucks....mid arena in Baltimore. I know
its 2007 and a million is now worth about 20 grand. But 550 for front row for VIP turns into 1500 for the broker and the band still makes 550 unless there is a kickback. NOOO they wouldnt do that LOL. Is there a law about that??
