    Default Rehab and Toxins

I am 43, drug-free, alcohol-free, smoke-free.... and a vegan (no meat or dairy). And yes, I live in Southern California.

I was watching 20/20 the other night about Daniel Baldwin’s rehab process. I was amazed that it cost $50,000 a month, yet there was no real discussion about eliminating the toxic build-up in one’s system.

A book that really opened my mind was “The Cure for All Diseases” by Hulda Regehr Clark. There is much information regarding the elimination of toxins from one’s system. (You can get it on Amazon.com.) The first thing I did was to get rid of all the metal amalgams in my teeth and had them replaced with porcelain. The metal amalgams were loaded with toxins that were continually leaking into my system – and my brain.

There is a liver cleanse where you just need Epsom salt, water, olive oil, and grapefruit. I did my first cleanse at age 40 and lost hundreds and hundreds of stones. I immediately was no longer “reactionary” to life’s situations because my liver was cleaned out. There is a great deal of toxic build-up in the liver and gallbladder – and this is the only way to get it out without surgery, and pain-free. (If this cleanse were more prevalent in society, no one would ever need to have gallbladder surgery.)

It just seems to me that rehab would be so much more effective for people if a part of the program involved eliminating toxins from one’s system – not just by avoiding the intake of drugs and alcohol.

During the 20/20 show, the rehab clinic said that in 90 days the chemicals would be out of Baldwin’s brain. What about his liver? What about every cell of his body?

You know, VH has given so much to all of us over the years.... I would like to give back a little. And you know, I'm self-centered - I would like to see VH in concert!

    Eddie, try the cleanse!

before i leave for the drivin range...

yes, when the liver is taxed it is hard to focus and stay stress free. the liver is the only organ that can regenerate itself. also other ways of cleansing it, yoga being one of em.

far as cleansing yer body to stay drug free, makes no difference whatsoever. you can't cleanse your body of a disease. if you could, fuckin everyone would do it.

lastly, i have a problem with rehabs that charge so much fucking money. it doesn't cost money for people to recover

    Hi JMJ!
I believe an excellent start is to get rid of the toxins - but I also believe that simply getting rid of toxins is not the answer. However, once the toxins are removed, it enables one to tune in better to one's emotions - to hear brilliant sounds! - and make different choices, and create. In my opinion, all disease ultimately comes from the mind. Get rid of the toxins and allow the mind to do its thing. A guru told me once: "ALL ILLNESS IS CREATED FIRST IN THE MIND."
