    Things that you worry about?

Are there any things that you guys and gals worry about. Ya' know things that make you pull some hair out of your frickin' head?

    Here are mine:

    - If 7-11's are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week why are there locks on the doors?

    - How is OJ's hunt for the real killers going?

    - Did Elvis really die on the toilet?

    - When Van Halen releases their next greatest hits album will it be in reverse chronological order?

Seriously, you wanna hear what worries me right now:

1.) Will my Wife live to see our Daughters 4th. Xmas?

2.) I worry about how hard the Chemo sessions are starting to get, she threw up all this past weekend and could do nothing but lay on the couch?

3.) Am I doing enough as a Husband and a freind for her?

4.) Am I doing enough to keep my Daughter head straight during this?

5.) How will my Daughter react when Mommy's gone and what will I tell her?

6.) I worry when the next bill collector will call?

7.) I worry about my Family worrying about me being the caregiver and not taking care of myself.

8.) I worry and am concerned about Ted Van Halens fight with his Brain Tumor.

9.) I worry when I see the monthly $11,000 medical bill arrive and we can't keep up with them.

10.) I worry about my Wife's mental wellbeing as well since she is typically Irish and will not talk openly about much.

My own tripm sometimes emotionally overwhelming yet I am aware of other situations worse than ours. It's just hard to focus on anything else but one's own personal trials.

Oh gosh, I sit here really pissed about my ex but I think life is good for me. No matter that he is trying to turn my children against me. I can control that.

Arctic I will pray for you and your family. If you need any advice about the collection business let me know. I worked for an agency for 10 years. I was not a collector thank God but I know how they operate.

I worry a lot about my parents. They're 74 and 68 years old and I can't stomach the thought of losing either one. Their health seems fine so there's really nothing to worry about, it's just that I really don't think I could handle that kind of a loss in my life. I don't know how the hell people accept losing a parent. I dread the day.

Your wife is lucky to have you dude, we don't get much say in how long we stick around here but she found your ass, that's saying something.

I worry most about my wife and baby boy. If something happened to her or him I hope I could carry myself with the dignity and class you do with your current situation.

Bro, I'm 15. My folks are 45 and 42. And I worry about the same thing.

I don't know what it is that makes me worry about that sorta thing. I'm still young, they're still young and they're healthy. Yet my paranoia kicks in and I just worry that at any moment something could happen.

Which is why, instead of doing what most kids do to their parents at my age, I give them more respect than anyone else on the planet. With that respect I get more freedom than most kids my age. I try to be the best I could be for them. So, whenever that day comes (hopefully not soon), I could be proud to say I treasured every single moment I had with them

So man, they could live well into their hundreds, but even so, cherish every moment you have with them. I know it's probably weird hearing that from someone nearly three times YOUNGER than you, but frankly it helps me feel better about the situation.

This one I can answer for you and end those sleepless nights.... One day while standing in line to pay for some junk food I was reading the sign behind the counter which listed the procedure for the staff to follow in the event of a robbery. Step 1 was to lock the door after the robber left the store. How is that for insight???

Arctic....hang in there. Very tough times to say the least.

My current worries are all very personal and I know they will all be put to rest at some point. My separation just took place a few weeks back and for the first time in my life I am living alone and to make it worse, without my son full time. My wife and I have actually been separated since the fall but we lived in the same house to maximize the sale price of the house by selling in the spring. To make matters worse the beautiful woman I was with for 4 months and I had to make the decision to go our separate ways because there was so many unresolved issues in our own lives. We were doomed. So....what do I worry about? I worry about how long can a person go on being this lonely before starting to lose perspective? I also worry that my heart will not be resilient enough to allow another woman in. The amazing 4 month relationship has really caused some pain and those are emotions I haven't had to use for about 14 years. (I am rambling now.... )
