Default Can he still hit the high notes?

Without a doubt, Mikey is an awesome background (and lead!) vocal singer. But, can he still hit those high notes like how he did as recent as '98? And did he in 2004?

Yea, he was the lone solid performer when I caught them last summer.

Actually, they all were pretty tight when I saw 'em, except Vic's tone was fucked up during Humans Being.

They all stunk last year, especially Mona. Just ask Lode! I don't think I've ever seen him so disgusted.

Bummer. Must've been a bad night on tour.

Mona's always had a flat backing vocal, granted. But Vic and Dave were on top of the game, Sam and Mike were on fire, except for HB.

Which is why, I'm assuming, they cut HB by the time they got to Chicago.

They didn't do HB at the show I attended, thank GAWD! I've heard that tune butchered too many times for my liking.

The two shows I've seen since Jesse left the band have both been bad. Vic has been ok though. I always show support for my brothaz.

Last year was the only time I've attended a show, where the highlight was a fucking bass solo. Oh, and Good Enough. That rocked.

Yeah, HB just didn't sound right.

But Judgment Day was worth the price of admission alone. They nailed it, and I hadn't heard it live in a long time, and it's the only track off FUCK worth a damn to me.

The Chicago set was lame. I was DYING to hear Judgement Day, but instead we got a simple Other Half set, of songs I'm just so tired of hearing. No real surprises. Besides "Good Enough," best song of the night, both the Other Half and Wabos.

The Eric Johnson FWYS appearance was magnificent though.

Judgment Day and Good Enough were absolutely the highlights of the show I saw, yep.

That Eric Johnson appearance would've been super cool to see.

I've said it before...the Eric Johnson thing was cool beyond cool. It was a "Dead" like jam at the end of FWYS for like 20 minutes. Eric Johnson was going nutzo.
