    None of the above. The answer is Ronnie Montrose. Well it sure as hell wasn't Journey, as I (and virtually everybody else) left when they came on. After all, at the time (1978), nobody had ever even heard of them ("Who are these losers, Journey? Fuck 'em, let's beat the traffic.").

    Ironically, that would have been the only Journey lineup worth seeing. I believe it would have been Perry/Schon/Rolie/Valory/Smith at the time, right?

    Yup, Greg Rolie hung on for one more record after "Infinity", I think. Ainsley Dunbar however, was on the drums.

    Sabbath - Metallica - Talas
    Talas opened WACF show in 80 that was first time seeing Sheenan , damn that boy could play ! VH kicked ass that night ! DLR pulled out all the stops , brought out the film crew to film audience and we all raised hell , no film in the camera but that was part of the genuis of Roth .
