I'll be buying it too, just want to know if it'll be on HD-DVD or not. Sounds like probably a big no.

So this'll be the third DVD for Sam since he first left VH. That's three DVDs, five studio albums, one live album, one greatest hits w/rarities, lots of tours, two cruises, and a year-long run w/ VH.

    Not bad for eleven years.

it's listed on amazon and cduniverse for pre-order. Hopefully we'll be able to get it here in the UK without being ripped off on the price like we normally are. Can't wait to see it though!

Maybe it should read the 'sold out show in St. Louis' instead of 'sold out tour.'

I'd by that. He's HUGE in St. Louis. It's probably a typo.

Sammy sure has been workin' hard the last decade or so. But even though Sam is the man, sometimes quantity doesn't always equal quality. I've been dissapointed in most of what he has released since the breakup with VH in '96. I think the only album I truly enjoyed was the "Live - Hallelujah" CD. And even that was mostly because I enjoyed hearing the live versions of the older tunes.

Then again, VH not doing shit for most of the last decade has pissed me off too...maybe I'm the problem

Sounds like a great DVD, I'll be getting it.

    .
VH with Dave ('78-'84) - The best years....the "real" VH.
VH with Sam ('86-'96) - Incredible era....."We have renamed this town 'New Halen!'.
VH with Gary ('98) - Fucking disaster. WTF was that??
VH with Wolf/Dave ('12-'15) - Amazing comeback. Smokin' album and tours.

I understand what you are saying to some degree. There has been only a few songs that I really liked when a CD first came out but over the years and several tours I consider many of the post VH songs to be excellent. Some of the hooks on the newer songs took a while to grow on me.
