    Default 2004 Soundboard Now Available

    It's at www.thetradersden.org:

    http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/...494#post550494

The actual torrent file was incorrectly posted as being a show from '91, but it's obviously from '04. And, the setlist, which was attached in the torrent file, is incorrect. Here is the info and correct setlist:

    Van Halen
    Atlanta, GA
    Phillips Arena
    9.17.2004

    Disc 1

    1. Jump
    2. Runaround
    3. Humans Being
    4. Up For Breakfast
    5. Mike's Bass Solo/Somebody Get Me A Doctor
    6. Poundcake
    7. It's About Time
    8. Alex's Drum Solo
    9. Top Of The World
    10. Unchained
    11. Why Can't This Be Love
    12. Sam Speaks
    13. Eagles Fly
    14. Tropic Of Capricorn

    Disc 2:

    1. The Seventh Seal
    2. Best Of Both Worlds
    3. Guitar Solo Intro
    4. Guitar Solo
    5. Spanish Fly
    6. Cathedral
    7. Eruption
    8. Dreams
    9. Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love
    10. Right Now
    11. You Really Got Me/Panama
    12. When It's Love

The show is also up at Dime, but there are far more seeders at TTD, which will allow for a speedier download.

AWESOME quality on this one!!! Eddie's playing is absolutely horrible though. That's what sucks about this tour...the rest of the band sounded great every night and then the one guy you'd expect to be great sucks. This tour would've been outstanding if Eddie would've put the bottle down for 5 minutes.

It's taboo only if you trade it that way. If you're just converting it for your own personal use then it's no big deal. But, if you get it and then plan on trading it in the future to get more boots, make sure you keep the flac files or at the very least burn the audio as WAV so there's no quality loss (which there is in MP-3 form.)

As for that Balance show, that's pretty widly spread. Have you tried JamToThis or VHTrade?

I've only listened to a little bit, but Eddie's tone sounds so much better than it did live. Too bad his playing seems all over the map in this show. Not only that, but what is with the tuning? Man, the "Dreams" solo is way out of tune. Did he have a shitty guitar/tech this tour? It seems this was a regular occurence.

I'm kind of surprised it's taken this long for recordings like this to surface. I can't wait until we get something like this from one of the better shows of the tour.
