But an extremely well written tune.

BTS is so ferocious, yet funky.

I love how when the solo kicks in, it's like free form with only Bass & drums, then
he goes straight back into the riff.

"Dogman" was a huge deal for us, when it came out.
I had the Green cover, and later the Blue one.

Then they had Yellow & Red.
Yes, I too love LGB. And that pre-chorus in BTS is my favorite sonic moment...ever!

I first got hooked when Dogman came out. I heard it on a radio station in Little Rock in '94.
Initially I had the cassette, which was red, then many years later I picked up a used CD.
My disc is yellow, and the case is blue!

I've been jamming along on bass with all their CDs, since last year, when I lost my son, and my interest in playing guitar.
He was born in '94, and King's X has been my soul food to recovery.
When we expire, somebody will have to get rid of all our stuff

Man, so sorry to hear of the loss of your son.

I remember before "Silent Planet" hit, there was a lot of hype, and i was so
excited to hear this new band.
"Shot of Love" was released, and i was completely underwhelmed.

But, not long after, i got completely hooked on "Planet" & "Gretchen."
I finally got it, and realized they were completely their own thing.
I think "King" was the first thing that just hooked me.

When "Dogman" hit, i was ready.
I was blown away by the artful mix of heaviness (that Drop D), mixed with
    Hendrix & The Beatles.
They never sounded wimpy, yet they always sounded so musical.

But i love slight departures like, Life Going by.

Somehow, it all fits together with what they do.

No, and i was so bummed.

We had a situation with my Dad this week, and are trying to relocate him.
Well, we are relocating him to a new facility, but we all got caught up this week.

But my buddy went, ended up taking his wife, and said it was good.
    He didn't seem to elaborate.

But it seems like the set-list is standard.
This is from the previous night, but the others listed have the same set list:

There is another chance at Laconia, NH, tomorrow night.
How big could NH be, LOL!
I've driven 3 hours, one way, to see them when I lived in Texas, first time was in 1996, and second in 1998.
I thought it was definitely worth it.

Now I'm feeling tempted by that Michigan show coming up

And that setlist looks like it did last December when I saw them.
I was hoping to hear they were testing out some new material

Yeah, looks like they didn't change it up since Winter.

I had no idea there was a date right here in MA, the previous night.

But Hampton Beach is less than an hour away, and i know that venue.
