Hey--

Ive been working on this for days now.

It IS a countdown, the 3 was a 5 two days ago.

Its is a countdown to NEWS.

Late tonight/tomorrow it will be 12-12-12: 2 and counting...

So Friday night or Saturday.

It won't be about the status of the band, as far as I know.

The 12's represent Years (as in 12 months in a year), but not PAST TENSE.

They will be difficult to figure out, maybe impossible.

But we'll know in a few days FOR SURE.

It WILL be made public, it is news, and its GOOD NEWS, but i dont know WHAT news....

Help Dammit.

James~

It could be PD related...

But the 12's represent multiple things
They each mean something

Its a clue to something, but dunno what.

At least it will be answered in a few days...

(For anyone who doesn't know, Brad left
12-12-12:5 and counting
as a tag line to his post a few days ago. It's been counting down ever since...)

I know its a clue.
I know its VH news related.
I know its going to be good news.

Nevermind James - you answered my question in your previous post.
I didn't know where you were coming up with this message!

Sorry VH2001
Didnt mean to be crytic myself.

All that i wrote is 100% TRUE.
Thats all.

Now everyone should try and solve the damn
12-12-12 part of the clue.

Cause its driving me crazy.

I know they represent years, but not PAST TENSE.
So it isnt like 12-12-12 = 3 years ago.

Each 12 is different.
And it means something important.

Put on your thinking caps...
Maybe we can solve it before Ground Hog Day.

I just saw this cryptic message myself. Looks like it's just saying that after 3 long years,
we MAY be getting some info about what's going on with Van Halen. Just a guess, but
it could also be about the Dome. Oh well, here's to hoping it's good news about the band!

James, how do you know all that?

How do you know the 12's aren't past tense?

How do you know they are different from one another?

How do you know it's good news?

If it's not gonna be any news on the status of the band, then how can it be such "good" news??

I ain't holding my breath. That would be very strange to announce big news on a Saturday, which is what Groundhog's Day falls on this year.

It's probably completely meaningless, just like the "countdowns" the Keepers were doing last year.

I just know.
And unlike many of the rumor mongering nuts on here, I CAN BE TRUSTED.

I'm NOT a liar.
So, you can trust me.

And let's not get crazy here, i dont think its a HUGE announcement.

It might be something really big, i dunno.

But it will be something cool and VH related
in a few days.

I've been working on this like a nut for 3 days now. I feel like im in a double feature of the movies "PI" and "Momento"...

Here is what I figured out so far:

12 is important for 3 reasons.
12 represents a year and thats important here
5 (which is now 3 and soon to be 2!)is not weeks or months, but days...
It IS a countdown.
Whatever it is it covers this year and part of next year.

I can't figure out the damn 12's...

It could very well be once the 3 becomes a zero , one of the 12's will turn into an 11

I think the 12's are months in a year and add up to a year each.

So that wouldn't work with them turning into an 11.

I wish it was 12-12-12 = 3-12 (march 12th).
It IS a Tuesday.
But its probably too optimistic.

It was originally 12-12-12: 5 and counting.
So i thought i had it with:

March 5th...which is also a tuesday.
But then the 5 turned to 4.
Now its a 3.
Tonight/Tomorrow it will be a 2...

Then 1...
Then

we'll see...
I hope its something BIG.

If there were an album due for release March 12, then there would have to be a single on the radio within the next 2 weeks. Seeing as they don't have a record label, and Dave seems to be busy with other projects, that would be unlikely.
