Just something I wanted to share from the '04 tour...

Here is the best performance (not recording) of "Dreams" that I've heard from the '04 tour. This one is from San Diego. I call this the best one because Sammy's vocals are on most of the song and Eddie is near perfect. There were very few recordings I heard from last tour where Eddie played the run at the end of the solo correctly, but this is one of them.

San Diego is definitely one of the best '04 shows I've heard, and I've heard quite a few.

I wish somebody had some video from this show!

I also wish there was some audio from "Somebody Get Me A Doctor" from this show, that tune smoked that night!

Thanks for the MP3. Ed's timing was a bit off in the solo though.

I take the timing as being part of his "improv"...He added an extra pinch harmonic to even it out. If you think that is off, listen to other recordings of this song from last tour. Ouch.

The whole show exists on audio, definitely not the best quality.

Which one has the best version of "Dreams" performed? Because I've heard a lot of boots...prolly not the number you have...but most of the times Eddie completely shat on it.

You probably hate Sammy as well. Why don't you try and explain why this show sucked so much because your the first one to ever state as such.

Ummmmm, your 14?! Do me a favor, don't respond.
