I know I've promoted this guy's work over and over here, but really, but if you like a powerful, blue collar voice, even though it isn't exactly the style people here are usually into, this guy's got me mesmerized! I've bought two of his albums now (the all-acoustic ones). His singing is on a different plane of "real" from anything I've ever heard.

    I'm seeing Ginger Baker.

The first time I saw that kid, I thought he looked like he'd be packing the bong at a Phish concert. Why was he singing about being a broke coal miner? But he won me over. He's just 27, and they say the audiences at his shows (he's selling out 3,000 seat venues in minutes) are 25 and under. I thought they only liked music made on laptops? It gives me hope for Millennials.

Millennials are much older now, with kids and soccer practice.

Gen. Z is the current deal.

A lot of people still refer to this current, youth culture as "Millennial."

    The Winery Dogs debut cd.
Holy sh*t!!!!!! Kotzen is a monster. Insane lead lines and fluid shredding. Love his raspy voice as well.

Damn! That's a whole different CD. Didn't know they ruined it like that. You had no choice, Billy.
You're right, I checked ebay and they're going for 30-$50. Glad I grabbed most of the great double CD's back in the 80's.
Plus, I like the big fat packaging better than the slim double CD's.
