    This is my core Rush:

    Rush (1974)
    Fly by Night (1975)
    Caress of Steel (1975)
    2112 (1976)
    A Farewell to Kings (1977)
    Hemispheres (1978)
    Permanent Waves (1980)
    Moving Pictures (1981)
    Signals (1982)
    Grace Under Pressure (1984)
    Power Windows (1985)

    Hold Your Fire (1987)
    Presto (1989)

    Test for Echo (1996)
    Vapor Trails (2002)
    Snakes & Arrows (2007)
    Clockwork Angels (2012)
Taylor Swift is nice to look at. Adele can sing.

Emperor Brett - "I can't believe you guys are analyzing song-by-song Van Halen III? What next, analyzing the script of Stroker Ace looking for some shred of Citizen Kane?"

David Lee Roth did the impossible. He made Van Halen better. Deal with it!

Is this RUSH's most epic tune?

"It's so lonely at the top because it's so crowded at the bottom" - Diamond David Lee Roth

"The past ain't what it used to be"

"Music is like candy. You throw out the rappers"

"Be careful what you wish for because you just might lose what you already have"

"Women and Children First ... The REAL Van Halen III"

What a great track. I was listening to it yesterday while out throwing a ball for our dog and when I came back inside I started to learn it.
We saw Rush do Moving Pictures in it's entirety in London, 2011. They'd never played The Camera Eye live before that tour.
There isnít really any music that I canít stomach or I feel is unlistenableÖ but country music comes close at times. - Steve Vai

This is probably my other favorite RUSH song. Just listen to that bass.

"The past ain't what it used to be"

"Music is like candy. You throw out the rappers"

This has become one of my favorite Rush tunes recently...love it. Geddy's bass tone and as usual his lines are sick on Signals.

Listened to Marc Maron's interview with John Fogerty, and it's got me investigating his career. Can't believe I never heard of this post-CCR album, The Blue Ridge Rangers. This is Fogerty covering classic country and blues, and not only singing but playing every single instrument, and producing. I knew he was good, but had no idea he was this talented. Wish I'd known about this album when my Dad was alive, he would've loved it.
