It's cool to see Roth *reasonably* laid back in this interview, and Alex was pretty laid back too toward Dave - I didn't sense any real bad vibe between them. Damn shame that had to end...

Angus said VH is more of a pop band? Uh yeah I guess.

Either way, that was pretty cool.

I saw that a while ago. I didn't like the comment Angus made about VH being a pop band and AC/DC being a Rock N' Roll band.

I can't stand rap....people who can't sing do rap....you can sing rebellion as well as talk it....Hitler would have been in a rap band...

OK, I've been drinking and have balls of steel. So I'll say it: I love both bands, VH being my favorite, seen both in concert, and I agree with Angus. When you compare the two, VH is MORE of a pop band. That doesn't mean they are a pop band, it just means relatively speaking. AC/DC, say whatever you will, has always ripped heavy metal. VH, by comparison, has done many different things, including pop rock.

In other words, VH is more diverse (therefore, opening themselves to the pop label). AC/DC could not do Dance the Night Away or Jump, good songs but very much pop.

ac/dc heavy metal? That's as funny as saying VH is pop. Geez, they're both rock bands, nuff said. Different styles.
