    Default Starfleet Project!

Hey dudes.. this threat is just to fill out this... i'm sorry to say.. lifeless forum a little bit.. till' eddie releases his "30-cds" of music , which he hasent released yet.

Well.. then lets talk about the Starfleet Project... its a cd compilation with Brian May and Friends, which ofcourse is signed Eddie Van Halen.

What do you think about the songs... i personally think the Starfleet song rocks out with the eddie solo,... give me a thought...

And by the way... have you any more "projects" which Eddie is involved in? I've heard the Steve Lukather compilation with Joy to the World on santamental... have you any other shots just give me a name and cd...

    Thank you for replying.

Have you heard the 2 songs he did with Thomas Dolby on his album? It was the early 90's or so, right around FUCK. They were pretty good.

"I used to play the blues alone in all the local joints," he explained. 'The only thing that I can really play on guitar to this day is the blues. I heard Doc Watson and his son playing 15 years ago, and from there I got into Leadbelly and John Lee Hooker."--DLR

Starfleet Project is a great CD, well worth tracking down...

Ed has appeared on quite a few other albums, including the following.

    Michael Jackson - Thriller
Thomas Dolby - Astronauts And Heretics
    Nicolette Larson - Nicolette
    Steve Lukather - Lukather
    Steve Lukather - Santamental
    Rich Wyman - Fatherless Child
Dweezil Zappa - My Mother Is A Space Cadet (7" Single)
David Garfield & Friends - Tribute To Jeff
Sammy Hagar - I Never Said Goodbye

That's all I can remember at the moment...
“And what we have at our fingertips is arguably one of the greatest high tenor voices ever – that was in Michael Anthony. In our tiny little corner of the universe, that voice is as identifiable as the high voice in Earth, Wind & Fire, as identifiable as the high voice in the Beach Boys. Van Halen is an indelicate house blend of both – that’s intentionally. So I would always look forward to that reunion.” - David Lee Roth

I forgot this one, Ed appears on The Legend Of 1900 Soundtrack with Roger Waters on the track 'Lost Boys Calling'.
