Is there a full DVD of this out there?!

God he sounded awful on that song. He sounded much better when he did it with the Boston Pops.
For the reunion to work, Dave has to come close to being the Dave of yesteryear and eddie needs to be more sober and not like in 2004.
But I am all for giving it a try!
    compare with Roth and Pops

Who's that on the guitar (in that '99 clip)? Looks like Geddy Lee (circa 1981)
Anyway his drummer is damn good.

Yes this is on DVD. It is widely traded over at vhtrading. It has also been posted at jamtothis & dime for bit torrent download.

The guitar player is Bart Walsh. He had the gig before B Young.

The drummer is Ray Luzier. Damn good.

Does anybody on the links have this show to trade? It's on my list of shows I need. I have plenty to trade with.

I don't recommend this show. Dave is horrendous! He doesn't have a voice at all. If you can find any boots from 2002/2003, take them. He was much more on his game vocally.

Oh Gawd, the more I see DLR of late, the more I thank God every day that he's not back in VH. He's freakin' horrible! He moves around on stage more and more like an old geezer, his voice is awful and he's pretty much a has-been.

What's worse, after seeing that, I am really wondering WTF happened to my favorite band. They are fucked up and bad. Yeah, we all get older and times change, but that just gave me a whole new perspective and that is shit that you enjoy, cherish the moment because it comes and it goes and ain't never comin' back. You put Dave back in VH and it will be the most embarassing thing that will ever happen to a band.

The only normal person left in VH is Mike and maybe Sam. The half, er, uh, I mean 3/5's are lost.

captain, don't judge Dave from that show. It was one of his first in four years or so and his voice was very rough. It improved by the end of the tour, and although he doesn't have the power he used to, he can sing A LOT better than that nowadays. Performance-wise, he's gotten slower, though, but what do you expect?

The show is bloody awful. Walsh, Luzier, and his bassist do one hell of a job, but for crissake, the person everyone was there for (that being Roth) did an absolutely terrible job.

I have this show on VHS, and love it! Especially Yankee Rose, Hot For Teacher and Slam Dunk! It was shown on Finland's Much Music on T.V. there.

I will move this topic to the bootleg forum.
