    VH Bloopers

Does anyone have VH Bloopers like photos, videos, and stories you would like to share with other fans??

Would be fun to see that they are only human after all.

I remember seeing them on the FUCK tour at the Spectrum in Philly in '91...They were playing AFU (which is one of my personal faves) and Sammy started doing some weird off-time screams during the first chorus and TOTALLY threw Alex off..and he kept playing into the 2nd verse when he was supposed to stop! My friends and I looked at each other like "Wow! Did they just screw up?!" lol. Eddie turned around and started laughing at Al but they pulled it right back together. I remember thinking "Wow, they are human!!"

I remember the 1991 FUCK tour in St. Louis, the guys were trying to hit some balls into the audience but couldn't seem to make any contact, sammy said something about them all being to drunk or something. This might have been a normal thing on the tour but I never heard anything about it, plus it seemed pretty real at the time.

I was in the front row of that St. Louis show and you're right. They kept swinging and missing the whole time they were doing the baseball thing. Ed could not hit one pitch Sam was throwing. Total highlight. Incredible, sold out show (22,0000 people).

    Default Hershey not Greensboro

On the Second night of the last tour in Hershey, the video screen during Right Now was supposed to say "Right Now VH is Kicking Ass in Hershey", instead it read "Right Now VH is Kicking ass in Greensboro", which was the previous night stop. Audience kind off went AHHGG? but no more than that. I believe later in the show Sammy kind of joked about it.

Wow, very cool, that was a freak'n great show by the way, I can only imagine what it was like standing so close. I was on the lawn trying not to get burned from all the fires springing up, crazy vibe.

One question, were they trying to hit REAL baseballs into the crowd? Me and my buddies were wondering if they were that drunk.

I think it was Peoria, IL - 4-11-92...

Someone kept throwing bottles of Baby Lotion on stage. Sammy said, "Some chick in the audience must have a real tight pussy!".

Sammy then picked up a bottle, dumped it all over his hands and guitar and said.. "Maybe now I can play as fast as Eddie".

The band went into "One Way To Rock", but Sammy couldn't play at all... everything was waaaay too slippery. But they had fun with it.

During the 04 tour in hartford Sammy tripped on Ed's guitar cord at the end of BoBW and unplugged his guitar. Sammy kept on singing as if nothing happened but Al properly finished the song with Ed once he was plugged back in.
I used to jog but the ice cubes kept falling out of my glass.

    August 91 right? Maryland Heights?

I was there. On the lawn with a bunch of friends. Just graduated from college.

    What a great night.

im toronto i was up top on mikes side, and clearly eddie was drinking pints of beer behind his amps virtually the entire show and down the backside of the stage. oh wait maybe its not a blooper. but he sure played sloppy that night. solid show though, real solid, but eddie was sloppy. he screwed up that slow sliding part in humans being. you know what im talking about.
i remember seeing them in detroit on the 98 tour and i remember alex breaking a stick during whatever song it was and he had some trouble grabbing another one from his pouch and he was playing the snare and hi hat with one stick for like 10 seconds haha

2nd show at the Monsters of Rock in Akron.

Eddie busts out Summer Nights but when he had to set the Transtrem into the right key, it did not do it. They actually stopped the song and started from the begining. They laughed about it.

    Yeah, that was pretty funny.

Where are you from in CT? I noticed the shows in your sig and I've attended most of those.

I was at that Hartford show as well and I remember that happening

Mistakes might happen, but I still don't think Eddie is human.
